They assist in planning events and they ensure that church matters are being attended to.

Herington Pastoral Council meet normally the 3rd Thursday evening of the month at 7:00pm - unless otherwise notified.

Hope Pastoral Council is once every 3 months.

Elmo Pastoral Council is once every 3 months; if it's a longer time-span between meetings, it means that we do not have enough items to call a meeting during a given month.
